You will find our shipping charges to be low. Other shops that offer free shipping make their money by inflating the cost of the
merchandise. Unfortunately, the reverse is true as well. We choose to keep our prices low and the shipping costs reasonable. We are an honest company with honest prices. Your order is shipped discreetly with no reference to "Lingerie" or the products ordered on the outside of the packaging.
We ship UPS, FedEx or USPS depending on which carrier is more economical. Each customer is sent a shipping notice along with a tracking number. We ship within the United States and International.
Shipping and delivery days are Monday through Friday, except holidays.
We do our best to make sure our customers receive their orders quickly. Except for back ordered items, our lingerie orders are shipped in 2-3 business day so you will receive your order within 3-7 days.
Allow 7-10 business days for international shipments.
Back-OrdersYou will be
notified if any items in your order are not available
for immediate shipment. If this occurs you will have the
option to change your entire order before it is shipped.
We realize that you may not be able to wait for certain
items and that when one item is not available you may
need to change your entire order. Please check your email regularly so that we are successful in contacting you!
US DOMESTIC ORDERS:
- Rates -
Shipping is a flat $6.95 for ground orders over $25 and is FREE
for orders over $100. Shipments are made via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Orders to
P.O. Boxes will ship via USPS and may be slightly delayed.
- 2nd Day Delivery - $15 for orders over $25.
- Overnight Delivery - $28 for orders over $25. It is helpful for us to know the date you will need your item/s. You may make a note for us in the comments area when placing your order. We will notify you right away if we can not accomodate your wishes.
Please note: All 2nd Day Delivery and Overnight
shipments are shipped M-F and do NOT include weekend
deliveries.
Low Order Fee
Orders less than $25.00 are charged higher shipping rates. We have a very low mark-up on our products and therefore sometimes it costs us money to process small orders. With the low prices you find in our store and the cost of shipping these days it makes sense to place an order that is over $25.00.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Rates - All items are shipping via USPS Global Air. Global Priority is a $32 for orders over $60, $27 for orders over $100 and is only $22 for orders over $150.
- Express Shipments: Global Express is $46 for orders over $60, $42 for orders over $150.
- Shipments to Canada ship Global Express - We charge the same rates as Global Priority shipments.
- **We have the right to refuse any order that we deem too costly to process.**

RETURNS:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to sanitary regulations there are restrictions as to what can be returned (Refer to Stipulations and Holiday/Costume Policies below). If you are not satisfied with your purchase or an item does not fit we can help you with the return if you notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. The sooner you notify us the more likely your return will be accepted as we cannot accepted worn items.

=> If approved, return your unused and undamaged item(s) with all original tags attached and in original packaging to the address noted in our reply email within 3 days of your return approval. Your return approval will provide you with further instructions.

=> Upon receipt of your item the amount charged will be credited less a $5.00 restocking fee and any shipping charges if you qualified for free shipping on this purchase.

=> All returns without a Return Authorization from us will shipped back to you at your cost. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Stipulations:

All items must be
clean and unworn with all tags attached. All pre-packaged items must be returned in their original packaging. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in other than new condition and cannot be returned or exchanged. Costumes, items with thongs/panties, leather items, teddies, thongs/panties and hosiery/bodystockings are not returnable. Also no returns will be accepted if you notify us AFTER 7 days of receiving your purchase.
Receiving Your Refund or Store Credit:
Your credit card will be credited for the cost of the item(s) purchased as outlined above less any discount you received within 2-3 weeks of our receipt of your returned item(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES:
If you want the item(s) that you are returning in another size or color you may place another order on our website after you receive your refund for the original item(s) or before your credit depending on when you need the item.
Defects in Workmanship:
Although this is not a common event - if you happen to receive an item with a defect in workmanship contact us immediately for return. The same conditions apply as stated above. The item can not be worn or washed to claim a defect. A replacement will be sent upon the return of defective item. If the item cannot be replaced you will receive a full refund. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your return.
Holiday Items and Costumes Policy:
Holiday items and costumes are NOT RETURNABLE for any reason unless you notify us AS SOON AS the item is received to report a problem. We will authorize a return if another size is ordered or a defect is claimed. The item must be sent back to us in 2-3 days to be eligible for a return store credit. If your return is delayed your Return Authorization becomes invalid.
For Halloween Costume Size Exchange:
YOU MUST NOTIFY US AS SOON AS THE ITEM ARRIVES TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A SIZE EXCHANGE:
All Halloween Costumes can be exchanged for a different size of the same costume as long as it is before OCT 15th! No returns for seasonal items are accepted.
IF YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE A HALLOWEEN COSTUME FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE:

All returned costumes without a Return Authorization from us will shipped back to you at your cost. NO EXCEPTIONS. Also note all exchanges are subject to the standard $5.00 restocking fee.
Halloween Return/Exchange Policy Exclusion Dates:
Due to the seasonal nature of our merchandise, all orders placed between October 15th and November 5th are considered FINAL SALE. This means that they may not be returned or exchanged. We advise you to place your order before October 10th to avoid any issues.
