Costume Return Policy:Costumes are NOT RETURNABLE for any reason unless you notify us AS SOON AS the item is received to report a problem. We will authorize a return if another size is ordered. The item must be sent back to us in 2-3 days to be eligible for a return credit. Costume Exchange Policy:All Halloween Costumes can be exchanged for a different size on the same costume before Oct 15th.
